Cancellation policy

At Autumn Rose, we understand that life can be unpredictable, especially during pregnancy and early parenthood. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.
Classes & Appointments
For pregnancy and postnatal yoga, 1-2-1s, and massage appointments (including those for healthcare professionals), we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can manage your booking directly through the Acuity Scheduling link provided in your confirmation email.
- Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge.
Emergency exceptions (e.g., going into labour, illness) will be handled with understanding—please contact us directly in these cases.
Courses
Baby massage courses are booked as a block of sessions, rather than one session at a time. Once the first session has taken place, the course is non-refundable, and we are unable to offer partial refunds for any sessions you miss.
