Baby massage
Learn how to massage your baby in a class taught by Tiffany in Havant.

Gentle hands,
strong connection
Tiffany promotes a calm, baby-led, inclusive environment. No pressure, just presence.
In this class, you’ll learn a simple, effective step-by-step massage routine, in a relaxed space where you can feed, cuddle, and comfort your baby whenever needed.
With small group sizes and a focus on presence over perfection, Autumn Rose baby massage classes are here to meet you exactly where you are.

Baby massage isn’t just soothing; it’s powerful. You will be gently guided to use a range of massage strokes and techniques to support your baby’s physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Tiffany
I’m beyond excited to share that baby massage is now part of our therapeutic menu, with seasonal pop-up locations coming your way.
This has always been part of our vision: a whole family approach, offering opportunities to invite not just mums, but dads, grandparents, and caregivers too. Baby massage is a gentle, powerful way to bond, soothe, and support your babies through the magic of touch.
For me, this moment is deeply personal... a full circle in every sense.
My journey began with a natural instinct to care for babies and children, which grew into years of study and hands-on work. Over the past 30+ years, I’ve held many roles, all rooted in supporting babies, children, and young adults.
My degree-level qualifications in Working with Children, Education, and Training have shaped the foundation of my knowledge. I’ve worked across early years settings, led training, offered guidance to families, and supported children at every stage of life.
At Autumn Rose, I now offer gentle, therapeutic massage from 14 weeks of pregnancy, and with the addition of baby massage, I can now support babies from womb to crawling.
This is the heart of Autumn Rose, nurturing every part of the journey.
I truly can’t wait to meet you and your baby 🌿
With warmth,
Kind words from our clients

Tiffany was so warm, welcoming and reassuring throughout the experience. I'd describe the entire experience as very "nurturing". I was able to relax and felt such taken care of. It's obvious the experience has been highly considered, with so many wonderful extra thoughtful touches. Living in a society that doesn't encourage nurture for new mums, I'd highly recommend the "thankful” massage to anyone on the postnatal journey.

Our group agreement
To help create a warm, welcoming space for everyone, we ask that all parents and carers agree to a few simple things:
Respect each other’s journey
Every parent and baby is different, there’s no right or wrong. We listen without judgment and support without comparison.
Keep it safe and nurturing
Please be mindful of your own and others’ comfort. If your baby needs feeding, changing, or a cuddle, that’s always okay.
Honour privacy
What’s shared in the group stays in the group. We’re here to support, not to share beyond the room.
Be kind to yourself
Some days are harder than others. There’s no pressure to “get it right”. Your presence is more than enough.
Ask for help if you need it
Whether it’s a practical question or emotional support, I am here to hold space for you.
