Autumn Rose is operated as an unlimited partnership, offering specialist pregnancy massage, postnatal care, and related services in Romsey, Havant, and Lyndhurst, UK. We provide appointments from home studios (Romsey and Havant) and rent a third-party space in Lyndhurst weekly. Bookings are managed through Acuity Scheduling, and all services are provided by appointment only.

2. Bookings & payment

• All services must be booked in advance, primarily via Acuity Scheduling.
• We may also arrange bespoke or private appointments directly by email or in person.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We offer gift vouchers and service packages, which are also managed through Acuity.

3. Cancellations & refunds

4. Client responsibilities

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical information, health conditions, or pregnancy details at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatment if we believe it is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our scope.
• Clients must arrive on time; lateness may result in reduced treatment time.
