Pregnancy yoga

Rosie offers yoga classes and 1-to-1s for prenatal women.

What we do

We use movements, poses, flows, relaxation, breathing techniques and yoga Nidra practices to support your whole body and mind, and help your baby to be in the optimal position for birth.

The optimal position is when your baby is head-down, with their back facing your stomach. We can’t control what positions babies get into, but we can encourage them to be in the best position with yoga, biomechanics and knowledge! Whether you choose a vaginal or caesarean birth, we welcome you – pregnancy yoga only comes with benefits.

Beginner friendly

Yoga is a great way to relax and bond with your baby, regardless of your experience. Most our women have never done yoga before, so there’s no need to worry – our classes are adapted for you and your experience.

The primarily focus is to make you feel good, calm and empowered in your self, you just have guidance how to do this. Yoga techniques you will learn and practice you can also do at home and have these tools and memories with you for life.

Pregnancy Yoga

Rosie and Tiffany really are the best at what they do. Doing yoga with Rosie helped me stay calm, present and active through my whole pregnancy and the breathing techniques saw me through and I delivered with no pain relief, just breathing. Tiffany’s massage and oils were exactly what I needed towards the end of my pregnancy. Will always recommend.

1-to-1 Yoga & Massage

The most amazing, calming and relaxing massage ever. I was initially nervous as I’ve never had a massage before but there was nothing to worry about. Tiffany made me feel comfortable the whole time and made everything so chilled. I will definitely be going back for more. Thank you so much Tiffany 🧚‍♀️

Cocoon Massage

I had never done yoga before and was quite nervous but Rosie immediately put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to apply everything she had taught me during my birth and as a result I went into labour feeling prepared and enjoyed my birthing experience. Thank you so much Rosie for your wonderful, relaxing and vitalising yoga sessions.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Rosie

I’m a registered midwife. In 2023, I qualified in Yoga for Pregnancy under the wonderful Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and I’m now bringing my knowledge and passion to empower mums and mums-to-be through yoga.

My approach is focused on helping you find your calm and confident self. As a midwife, I also want to give you the knowledge to help you feel at ease and prepared for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Most women who come to us have never done yoga before, so I teach poses and flows that are easy to follow along and make adjustments to help you feel your best. As a yoga instructor, I want to make sure you feel good and empowered, learn something new, and have some calm.
